I have problems with panic attacks myself, I had some health problems and they manifested as stabbing pain in my chest. Even though it wasn't heart related or dangerous, I would always go into a severe panic attack every time I had the pains because I automatically thought it was my heart. Meditation helped me a lot, it lessened the intensity, length and frequency of attacks and even the pains almost went away and I have them only rarely now.
Pic related is a very good and simple guide on how to meditate, you can try guided meditation but that never worked for me and always felt awkward.
Working out also helps, even simple running is enough. Also sports are great too.

The first noticeable effects set in in like 2 weeks, in a couple months the effect is quite big. Although it is true that to really master meditation and get all the benefits it can offer can take years.

not OP but i also have anxiety and chest pains which i also thought was coming from my heart but then again couldn't be as I'm only 20 and healthy. kind of a relief to know someone else has these
