So there is this girl in my class (sophomore hs) that is extremely good looking. She is a cheerleader and is pretty funny to talk and joke around with. She recently broke up with a guy who i used to be pretty decent friends with (mostly just at school we hung out once in middle school). Anyway, the week they broke up, she started saying hi to me in the halls and in class just about everytime i saw her. Good right? This was probaly two weeks ago. I'm not kidding when I say probaly 5-7 times a day. I always say hi back. Now, I'm no beta, I don't shit my pants when i see a girl and I know how to hold a conversation with one. Most people think I'm pretty funny, and I know she thinks I'm funny. I'm an extrovert in school because i consider most of the people around me my friends so I can be kind of loud, but we all have a good time. The problem is, at this point, she is talking to one of my better friends. I don't really know how serious it is at the moment. Look, I think she is into me, and I am totally into her. It's just, i cant tell if she is doing it because she actually likes me, or because she thinks i'm funny and that it's kind of like an inside joke between us. It's weird, she used to do it back in middle school as well, so it could be her just doing it again to make a funny. Someone please help?

Look man I would give advice but you're like 14 or something. Focus on your grades not some High School dating bullshit which won't get you any action until the last year. Try to get good marks and get into a good University you have a whole life ahead of you. Good luck anon

People that are not beta will not point out that their not beta. This is not a good way to hide your insecurities.
