Strained or ripped muscle, see a doctor. Is it very painful? If it's uncomfortable or even up to a 6 or 7 of 10 on the pain scale, it'll be fine.

Most people have enough common sense to know if they need to see a doctor. You probably are fine, but don't hesitate if you think you're not.
