Who the fuck takes fingerprints on a piece of paper in the year of our Lord 2016+1? Tell the FBI to call the NSA to tell them to call Apple, your fingerprints are saved in their database.

Either do them yourself if they don't need to be stamped or ask the police to do it for you. If it's a small town and they aren't doing anything they might just do it on the spot.
