There are people that have to adapt to Uberman-style schedule for work, and they usually don't recommend it.

It's possible to attain it, but like all fads some people hype it up to absurd levels and downplay the catch. And a lot of them are self-improvment gurus with a vested interest in getting you to believe you can do anything.
Scientific studies seem to suggest the healthiest sleep schedule is biphasic. But of course it's not quite the same time-saver.
you can sleep however you like, my farmer friend sleeps anywhere from 0 to 5h a day and he is still alive and doing well.
But that doesn't mean that it's healthy or adviceable.
It can worsen or cause a depression, is bad for your immune system and emotional life. All of that is known which should tell you: It's possible to change your sleep cycle for a long time, but that doesnt mean that it will be good for you.

Would you mind sharing some of those studies and testimonies ? I'm really curious about the health injuries.

Sleep is like coffee in terms of research. There's a lot of conflicting data out there about it. It's ambiguous what the purposes of non-rem stages of sleep are, and sleep is definitely going to harm you if you don't get enough of it.
Just sleep normally op, it's simple to do.
