I see where you're coming from man, but don't be that guy who hits on his passengers. Uber already has a reputation for sleazes- and while you may not be one, that's the reputation you'll be working with.

Get a broad education, exercise daily, eat healthy and get a decent set of clothes and a haircut. That's your foundation.

Now go onto Omegle, which I agree is a weird place, and just practice talking to people- not just hot girls, talk every type of person on there and you should get the hang of socialising. I did it, it was a road paved with awkwardness and shame but at least it was in a risk free space. Like throwing bombs on abandoned land.

Now do community college, or whatever else there is where you can grow while around other people. Clubs and pubs are shit, largely because people now days bring their partners to those things and it's overpriced.

I tried community college, but it was a bad experience. I hated my classes, and all my classmates were right out of high school. I agree with what you said about bars. Because they suck.

I'm just generally pretty busy. I work fulltime, I might be starting another part time job, and I am studying for a new career.

It might be weird, but keep quiet about your age and get to know your classmates. I'm 20, have friends 18 to 28, and as a result will get the occasional invite to a party or something and I have people to invite out when I'm bored.

I look young, but mentally I don't act or feel young. Most of my co-workers are 35-45 years old. I click with them pretty well. so it's really hard for me to find common ground with fellow 20 somethings. We are not on the same mental wavelength. I don't even know how to talk to 18 year olds.
