So Idk why but I run out of energy alot. Like I slept about 8 hours last night, go to work at 12 get out at 6 and all I do is work a market, I got super tired laid for like 2 minutes and almost fell asleep, how can I gain more energy. The work I do is not even tiring at all. I need my energy to be higher so I can actually do things I want to do and not sit home alone all night over and over.
If iron deficiency can be ruled out then all I can suggest is to avoid "fast carbohydrates", since it causes a rapid increase and decline in your blood sugar (see pic), and cardio.

I don't eat white bread, I drink soda a little here and there. My diet is kinda shit I eat fast food alot so im gonna be 90% sure thats the issue honestly lol its just alot easier to come home and eat when im super hungry or have little to make in the house.

It seems backwards, but exercise actually helps. It'll build up your stamina for life.

See I know that but for some reason I have no energy just to go on the treadmill at all. I have one in my other room and its just getting dust. I need to start building cardio also, I want to go learn how to box in the summer and I need to lose weight and get stronger before i go there first.

You have to force yourself to do it. It sucks for the first ten minutes, and then the endorphins hit and you'll feel more energized.

I know it sucks in the beginning but just start out small. You can start with as little as 1 minute of running and then gradually increase it by another minute each week until you reach your desired target (e.g. 30 minutes). Listening to some music you like can help endure it.
