I need help taking a shit, I believe I have constipation and I've tried a great deal to get this shit running.
I've had plenty of water, I've tried excercising, I've tried shit like prune juice, but it's not fucking working.
Any solutions?

Haven't got any laxatives on hand, plus the prune juice should be acting as a minor lax, I'm thinking of going to the doctors since this problem has persisted.
In the meantime, any foods I should avoid eating to ease up my intestines and shit?

I get constipated when I'm out / traveling because I am not comfortable shitting in unfamiliar possibly contaminated toilets. So I can be constipated all day but the moment I step into my house it wants to explode out.
it doesn't really help that the last couple times I've had a road trip, it was visits to relatives with bathrooms that either locked from the outside or did not have a lock at all. Can't shit peacefully like that.
