Its hard to tell man, maybe but it may just be her literally wanting to take it slow. She made it clear she was down to keep hanging out and take it slow. But i think over time it will show.

Don't assume she's friendzoning you because she wants to take it slow. She told you outright that she wants to take it slow, so trust her. Yeah, maybe things won't go any further and you end up being just friends, but her saying she wants to take things slow doesn't automatically mean rejection or friendzoning.
