in practical terms, learn something technical. say, to fix computerscellphones/whatever.
how old are you?
In order of importance:

Will make you sharper, happier and look better
>comprehensive fitness plan with both cardio, endurance, strength and volume
Will do wonders for energy levels, happiness, long term helth benefits incl bone, joint, tendon, ligament and muscle stength/durability
>learn a language. Best are spanish, french or italian.
Makes you smarter/sharper, vastly reduced chance of alzihmers. Also great to have on a cv and impress people.
There is no reason to not do all 3 every day.
Within a week of forcing yourself to do all 3 with discipline you will notice extreme energy levels and mental clarity. You will feel superhuman and from then you will be motivated and not have to keep forcing yourself to do it except on the occasional down day.
Just keep making yourself do it.
