In college. Socially awkward. Decently attractive but absolutely no self esteem whatsoever. Will literally go to parties, stay for 5 minutes, and make up some half assed excuse to leave because I don't want to be there. Weekends I spend alone playing vidya. I know I have to be more social but idk how. Any advice for a pussy like me?

I'm 26 and I have been like that since highschool. Parties are literally made for extroverts to show their stuff, we introverts prefer a more quiet place like libraries. I tried becoming more engaged on parties but it's plain tiring and Infeel more insecure.
