Urinary track flushes sometimes work, 50/50 really. The object is not to beat the test by coming clear but trick it, so fill it with either so many or not enough contaminates to pull a void result. I remember using charcoal tabs always worked in high school, turns your shit black though. If its anything else besides a urine or swab test, you cant really beat it. Buy a home test kit to see if it works for YOUR body.
