Help with social anxiety

what you need to try first is getting a recording of what you want to change and make it loop or play over and over and over. play it on a very low volume while you sleep. I tried this with quitting smoking and the withdrawal didn't seem as bad.
I used a voice recorder and my own voice, hooked it up to my computer and let it record for 8 hours. but now a days the voice recorders have a AB option. I used my own voice and had like four or five statements I calmly recorded. give it a shot, its better that paying someone to get in your head

I'm telling you right now I don't believe there is any hypnosis that will do away with your social anxiety. Instead of turning to pseudoscience to try and fix personal problems, try working with real people, be they professionals or just friends.

it really doesn't, people just make the conscious effort to go along with it

you're better off meditating, doing breathing excercizes, running, taking l-theanine if you want help against anxiety
