It could be clogged nose hair or pimple. Try not eating peanuts or drinking milk for awhile. You could drink almond milk, might help?

Should see the ones I get when I eat anything with animal fat, lard, or specifically pig meat. They look like cruised cysts and don't go away until a month goes by.

go to a dermatologist. mght be they need to open it up if it doesn't go away on it's own

make a paste from aloe and baking soda, apply and dont touch it until a proper head has formed

You could try a mud facial. They bring a lot of the gunk to the surface.

Not OP but when I get big lumps under the skin I get a needle to drain them.

I had a few form heads and stuff and they've left scars on my cheeks.

It's not going to go away. I have the same thing. It's a mole. My doctor froze it off. I thought it might be skin cancer but apparently skin cancer isn't perfectly round like that. Also, apparently the skin cancer that grows on the nose like that is basal cell carcinoma, which can't spread. Either way, go to your doctor and ask for a referral to a dermatologist.
