People easily throw me off balance and make me lose myself. I guess it's a form of introvertism and I'm trying to find a sustainable solution.
1.What kind of work is good for low people flow, or very little social interaction?
2.What are some good life coping mechanisms to deal with people when you can't deal with people?
3.What are good excuses to avoid interaction? I don't want to sound special snowflake and say I'm sensitive. It's not that I don't like people i just need a bit of distance.

Tried and failed too many times. People drain me.

Introverts can still be social. You on the otherhand, might have a problem with expression or something. Reflect more on yourself op. When in a conversation, try to remeber what you are doing and analyze what you got after.

I don't mind being social, I just have a lot less social energy to spend before I need to recharge. By finding a job where I can minimize social interaction I can invest my energy on friends without being burned out. At least for now. I need to find out more about why I get thrown off but I need a place of balance to work from first. I'm getting into meditation and I'm hoping that will ground me more.
Anyone?
