Drink a lot of water, I would really recommend Vitamin C tablets, they will make you feel a lot better faster. you can get them from most supermarkets/pharmacies. get ones that are 1000g tablets (they dissolve in water) drink one a day and you will feel better in no time :)

hey anon i have a cold too. i use zicam to cure it fast, it speeds up the cold and reduces symptoms. its homeopathic. there are generic brands for cheap as well.
if you feel you just need a day of relief, go to rite aid or whatever and get any nasal spray that says oxymetazoline. im legit not lying if you have a congested runny nose that will make it stop in less than ten minutes, you will feel cured as far as your nose is concerned.
one use lasts 12 hours, and you can take it up for to 3 days. after that it will just make your cold worse so only use it on days you really need it.

Thanks, anons! It's a bit late to go out to a pharmacy but I did have some oranges and I feel a little better already. Is it best to cut them into slices and eat them or squeeze them into water?

If there was a real answer to this, everyone would be doing it and it'd be common knowledge.
Just find a placebo that works for you
