I'm in a LTR, love my boyfriend etc. But sometimes, I have dreams about being in a relationship with another guy (a colleague). The weird thing is, I don't really find this guy attractive outside of dreams, and I don't want him over my bf.
It's always this one guy.
Is it my subconscious having a crush or something? Obviously I'd never do anything because I am happy with my boyfriend when I'm awake.
Is there any way to stop this?

no way to stop it really. if you are close to him at wokr, like buddy buddy your brain might just be interpreting it that way because it doesn't know how to handle someone that close.
some people have gay dreams because they feel so close to their friends that even if there's no lust, there is love. sometimes people even have sex dreams abotu their parents because of how close they will feel.

We're not even close. He's just a guy.

>I have dreams about being in a relationship with another guy
This is what some people call "The Beginning of the End."

But there's nothing in this man that I would want as a bf, and I love my current boyfriend.
I have no desire to leave him, and everything is working fine in the relationship.

Dreams are a funny thing. It's usually just the mind using things you've seen a lot and combining them with other things.
Have you been seeing your bf lately? Do you see the other guy in person more often? Your mind might be taking the guy you've seen more often and putting him in the place of the feelings your having towards your bf since you haven't seen him as much.

I live with my bf, but money is tight so I'm at work more than I am at home, bar sleeping.

That's probably it then. Your stresses of work and your concerns about home are meshing together. Don't worry about it too much, dreams are just dreams. I've had dreams about other women too but they stop eventually and didn't mean anything.

Alright, thanks for the reassurance. It just made me uncomfortable.

Don't ever act upon it.
Don't ever tell your boyfriend.
Problem solved.

Yeah I know how it is but it's really nothing to be worried about. Things will calm down once your finances get better and you don't have to work as much. Try to do something with your bf too, that'll help.
