I´ve been having some trouble with my thinking. Since i was in high school i had some cannibalistic ideas that cause me anxiety, they are like images or movies that appear in my head of me losing control and start eating someone, Also i´ve been having anxiety when i look at fire or other items that can cause harm to others, like bricks of knifes, feeling that someone is giving me orders. I also have a necrophiliac fantasies, like having sex with a dismembered woman. I don´t know what's happening to me, my first therapist say that is some kind schizophrenia and my second one says that is some kind of dissociative disorder.

OP are you still seeing a therapist? To me it sound like schizophrenia but I'm not a professional. It sounds like you might need to be medicated. Schizophrenia usually makes itself apparent in the late teens to mid 20s.

If symptoms havent progressed beyond this for years and you havent had a psychotic episode where u werent lucid then this is probably not schizophrenia but may actually be ocd. My friend had similar.

Look up symptoms yourself. Intrusive thoughts of strange images, anxiety, fear of doing things that will hurt others. Maybe ocd without the compulsions. Heard it called pure O before.

Use E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique). Look up for articles about treating ocd with it on the net. You can do it at home for free. It cured my OCDs almost completely, although it took me a few months of doing it.

You most likely have harm ocd, find a good therapist you can trust and read more about the topic on the internet
