I've been trying for hours and hours and I have to get up for work soon, been like this for as long as I can remember, basically I need to get so exhausted I pass out to even get to sleep at all and I'm sick of it. I've been to the doctor so many times over the years and tried so many different pills, but nothing works.

How the fuck do you guys do it?

This can help but jacking off too much will result in feeling groggy in the morning. Should keep faps to once every 4-5 days.

As long as you are not ADD, then Benadryl!!!! I usually take 3 teaspoons or 15ml. I get 6 awesome hours of sleep and full really rested withOUT nightmares and drowsiness of sleeping pills! Melatonin is good, but doesn't work for me and sleeping pills shorten your life span. Advice from life long insomniac!

Many people suffer trying to get to sleep. Most of us wind ourselves up on hyper drugs during the day and our bodies were not designed for them.
Get off drugs (coffee, smokes, cellphone, fructose, processed foods of any kind) and get addicted to vegetables. They will allow for the production of endorphins during the day to make you calm and happy and during the night to produce melatonin to put you to sleep.
