If one doesn't trust themselves, they'll not trust others. Simple as that.

Not sure if that applies.

It's like expecting everyone to be as honest with you as you are with them.

Trust is something you give to someone based on THEIR actions, it really hasn't got much to do with you.

You should be more concerned with other people trusting you when you don't trust yourself, which maybe the confusion as trust is normally a two way road.

I guess you begin by trying to trust yourself. Giving yourself little tasks that you say you will finish, and when you do, it strengthens self-trust because you kept your word to yourself.

Building trust is separate to all people. If a person borrows and returns your pencil, you will trust them more that a person who borrows and never returns it. If a person borrows and returns something 100 times, you aren't not going to trust them because a different person never returned it.

So just because you don't trust yourself, for whatever reason, doesn't or shouldn't affect the evidence of someone else being trustworthy.

How can you fuck someone when you don't fuck yourself?

Why do we need trust?

Things are either okay, or they are not.
I either know something, or I do not.

Trust is completely unnecessary. It's the equivalent of plugging your ears and screaming to block out something you don't want to hear.

Don't become complacent, appreciate the time you're able to spend with the people you love, and take things as they come.

If you can't trust yourself, how do you know if you're placing trust in the right people?
>>
I mean she right though
