Roommate is ruining my life

>live with roommate for a year and a half
>hes totally nuts
>No friends whatsoever.
>takes all of his college courses about environmental policy and gender ethical bullshit, has no focus or point in life, doesn't even know what hes pursuing really
>feels the need to point out a conservative/republican every time he sees one in public, sends me messages on facebook like "This dude in front of me is wearing a WHITE trump hat"
>Has made all of my friends uncomfortable to the point they never come over anymore, mainly because we're either talking about fucking girls or drugs, both things he doesn't believe in
>Constantly talks about his hate for white people, males, etc even though he is a white male
>All he does is watch watchmojo and sjw news on youtube all day, i started making sure to have a movie on right before he came home so he can't watch this stuff
>Plays the same WWE 2017 game constantly in between sessions of watching leftist news
>Also is a pokemon collector
>Constantly talks about his hate for r/theredpill, all he cares about is hating conservatives and "Alt-right" types, I have never seen someone so angry or negative in my life

This is so negative. I used to be vaguely liberal but after living with this kid I have no interest in politics whatsoever. I have never seen anyone so angry or full of hate in my entire life, to the point where living with him is completely toxic.

My lease is up in fall, I want to move to a city nearby and transfer to a university there and pursue psychology. But I'm making jack shit for money and i need to start saving and the city is expensive as fuck.

I feel like I'm about to explode, how do I escape this /adv/? If I don't start focusing all of my attention towards school and finding a new job immediately, come fall, i'm gonna be homeless or still living here. And I can't do another year living with this fucker.
