I can help you with this. I boxed for 9 years and boxers have nice jawlines from clenching their jaws so often.

Get a mouthpiece. Bite and hold it 3 times a week, for a second or two, about 50-100 times. Super easy. Do this in the shower, or on your way to work, or wathing tv, etc. Super easy.

Gum is a bad idea - unneeded sugar, uneven bite, plus you're probably an asshole that chews with your mouth open. Mewing is a bad idea because it sounds stupid and probably doesn't work as well a mouthpiece.
