For me, sympathy vomiting worked pretty well. I would look up videos of people puking until I puked with them. Other than that, drinking a ton of water and sticking my toothbrush instead of my finger down my throat always worked.

Drink a glass of milk. Eat something, make sure to chew it really good. Hurry now, you only have 10 minutes to puke it up white American piggu. Grab a tooth brush. Remind yourself of how fat you are to the point you're low and sobbing into the toilet bowl. Stick toothbrush down your throat, really get aggressive with it. You'll wretch and the milk is to prevent burning of the throat. If you aren't having success with the toothbrush stick your fingers (3-4) violently down your throat. Keep gagging til you puke.

Sauce: suffering with BED and bulimia since 2012. I look so much better and I brush my teeth a lot they still look very nice and white. I also recommend chewing food and spitting it out to prevent binges.
