Are anal suppositories painful? It feels kinda weird lodging some shit in my ass. Please help. I have constipation for about 3-4 days already, the laxative tablets I take don't work, I have no choice but to use the above.

Calm down. I'm sure you're in pain and uncomfortable but you need to relax for this process.

You can wear latex gloves if you really want. I don't consider them necessary. Just wash your hands afterwards. And if you're worried about it not sliding in easy, you can go buy a little bottle of lubricant, like KY, or some petroleum jelly, or coconut oil.
