You can avoid getting and STD by using condoms for oral, vaginal, anal sex. Eating someone out is ambiguous, if it's a woman you'll probably be fine but you're still definitely at risk for herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, ect. and if you're eating ass then include bacterial infections and the hepatitises. I got herpes from a blowjob. It can happen. Again, just avoid all of this by using a condom.
