Ok so for the last month or so I've been getting real gassy after I eat. It's really embarrassing and I just burp and fart a lot and it doesn't feel good. There's just a lot of air in me too, and it makes me feel nauseous. I've gotten to the point I don't even want to eat anymore. What can I do to make this stop? Do I need to change my diet? HELP ME PLEASE!!!
