I have not cut in about a year now. Right now I am feeling so much guilt and grief that I feel the need to punish myself, to stab or draw blood.
What are some alternatives to self harm that will not leave scars or damage more nerves?

Break things other than yourself. Try to break useless and cheap items. Catharsis is preferable to self harm. Go chop wood, hit a punching bag, beat something with a baseball bat.

I used to really hate myself and inflict self-harm, especially when I lose to video games since I am a sore loser and had a really bad temper. I get depressed easily from every criticisms until I drifted away from video games and got a new hobby. You should go out more OP, I think you just need to expose yourself more to the society.
