But take heart friend. With a good workout routine and a change in your diet you can stick to, you would look amazing in a year or even less. Check out the /fit/ sticky.

Don't listen to anybody else here that says negative hurtful things about your appearance. You know the truth now and you know you have amazing potential to look good. So go out there and start working out and you'll look great eventually.

I know. I'm not trying to convince my self. I was about 270, and got down to ~230. Been stable there since. Can't really get myself to stick to something so I can get to ~180. Even though I am like half way there

Get on the Atkins diet or paleo diet
(no bread or soda)
and buy a set of free weights (145.00$ for basic set from wallmart.com)

Then use your computer to look for free weight excercise circuits.
This is basically all the gym you need in the privacy of your home so nobody can watch your bitch tits flop around.

Stretch, do your lifting in sets, like 45 mins a day (alternate upper body and lower body days taking a set 2 days off)
Jog/bike for like 15 mins before and after you lift. You don't have to do full speed the whole time, look into (h.i.i.t.)
Make sure you gradually increase the weights as you start to feel stronger.
Garentee that weight will plop right off in a matter of months.

There are tons of different ways to get fit but this is litterally the most basic way. I lost 60lbs in under 3 months doing this.

Look up Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe and get a gym membership. Lifting weights burns a fuck ton of calories and makes you feel good. You won't be thin for a long time no matter what you do, but lifting weights will make you look tighter in a couple months.

but no worries, try some sport/workout and try to observe what you eat on a regular basis, /fit/ is a great board if you need motivation and good advice for that, give it a try anon

you can still eat delicious stuff if you do sports and know what to eat, when and in what kind of amounts (fuck diet nazis, it´s all about long term changes)
