Just wanted to chime in and say I dealt with this for a short period (couple of months). Exactly like you described, I'd feel completely normal, pulsing pussy, and then reach down and find myself dry as sand paper. I hated it, it made me feel broken and despite being single it was such a turn off even for masturbation.

Sadly I never really found out the cause. Googling came with stuff that didn't apply to me (health issues I'm way too young to possibly have, medicines I don't take..). Sure I smoked weed regularly and smoking doesn't help with anything, but it was an overnight change.

Don't really have another explanation than that it was psychological for me... but I wouldn't really know why, either. What I did was that I tried to avoid the initial disappointment of feeling that I was dry, so while working myself up I would focus on wanting to get wet.
