hi,first time here,and i have something to ask,how do i build an habit? and after that,how can you stick to it? for my specific case,i would like to draw daily,but i always find myself not doing it,can you help me?

Determination and repetition form habits. Obviously you lack the first, so the second will never happen. Just schedule a time when you'll draw everyday and stick to it every single day. There are no shortcuts. Maybe create a reward system to support the start.

Pick something you like to draw and just focus on that. Don't worry about people better than you. What is important is that you are having fun and enjoying drawing.

My bro and I made a year pact. I draw for an hour a day and my bro writes for an hour a day. I've been painting for 4 years but I never learned how to draw so I want to improve my painting but gotta learn the basics. We keep each other in check, find a friend who could possibly do the same?
