That the plaque buildup in your arteries caused by eating junkfood is not treatable at all. It permanently downgrades your circulatory system and every organ in your body is affected from having worse blood flow to it.

Now that you know this, read this chilling statistic. "Heart disease (which includes Heart Disease, Stroke and other Cardiovascular Diseases) is the No. 1 cause of death in the United States, killing nearly 787,000 people alone in 2011."

That is how serious of a problem eating greasy junk food is. If most of america's adult population can't control themselves enough to stay away from junkfood before they die from heart disease caused by it guess what? It means it would probably be a hell of a good idea, and I mean, one of the best ideas you'll ever have, to stay the living fuck away form junkfood.

The key is to learn to eat healthy AND delicious meals. Once you have meal replacements that are healthy and taste good it's so easy to transition. And you won't feel like you missed anything because you'll still be eating delicious meals anyways.
