Is melatonin a real sleeping pill? If I take it with alcohol

Melatonin is not like nyquil where you will get sleepy and have a deep ass snooze. It works over time: you take the pill every night and slowly it will adjust a new sleeping schedule. Takes about a week

if you take alcohol with xanax period you might not wake up, you dumb ass.

don't mix alcohol with melatonin, it makes it not work well and makes you feel messed up in a bad way in the morning/headache, alcohol with xanax can kill you.

melatonin does work though.

anyway, i was fine.

also, i used to drink alcohol and take xanax and melatonin on a nightly basis in college.

as long as you get the xanax and alcohol ratios right, the melatonin isn't going to do anything.
