Is it okay to workout and smoke weed while at it? Im a lardo and losing weight so idc about gains but it lets me run or do cardio stuff for longer
/fit/izen here. Been doing weed and working out for 5 years. It doesn't affect it much but reduces motivation which is a problem if you don't have self discipline, and I'm guessing you don't have discipline because you got fat in the first place.
If you smoke instead of vapourise it will have negative effects on your cardio too long term. Also considering you are a fatty you probs don't need encouragement to eat.

Remember you don't need to lift or exercise to lose weight. Just get the fork out of your mouth.

Yeah its true thats why i do the one meal a day thing and have my big meal an hour before working out .it's working great for me.ill see if i can cop a vaporizer in my country. And i mean yeah i did have some bad lifestyle choices a while ago plus Cushing's. But thanks man, i feel motivated especially when high i lose myself in some music and my own thoughts. Yoga is great as well while stoned +meditation sorry for rambling on haha

Better to have your meal after exercising, because it means you are rewarding yourself for exercising, and also if you exercise on an empty stomach you have low blood sugar meaning your body needs to metabolise fat to give you the energy to exercise.

possible you will try to do stuff stoned you would never try st8 & surprise = injury

Weed lowers testosterone for 24 hours so it's best to work out sober to maximize gains.
