So I don't have friends anymore, and I never leave the house because I'm sick all the time, going to the hospital only reason I go out.
However I just got a text message this morning from a friend from a long time ago....I was best friends with him as a kid and later for a while. My question is sold I talk to him again?
Here's a list of all the fucked up shit he did to me/got me into that made me go incommunicado:

> offered to teach me how to kiss by kissing him
> pathological liar so I couldn't even tell when he was serious or not
> ran away from home to stay at my house a lot
> stole hallucinogenic mushrooms from his psychologist parents who lived innawoods
> got sent to pseudo military school in middle of nowhere because nobody could handle him
> borrowed my xbox and speaker system and never gave it back
> bought a literal pound of marijuana and brought it to my house, getting people to talk to my younger sister's while high (didn't cause anything else with them though, so that's not too bad at least)
He came back changed though to be fair...I think. He got a girlfriend for a bit, started working with his uncle, studying, normal stuff.
Can people really change? Would you give someone like that another chance to be your friend? I'd already given him a lot of chances before and got hurt, but I don't really have any options right now

My dad just retired and he's autistic like me so that's something. I haven't had friends for years and done fine enough. Always been solitary type desu.
Also I recorded another edition of my podcast with an online friend for esports yesterday, so it's not like I'm completely without contact.
IRL friend would be nice but I don't want to get into any drama again I wouldn't be able to handle it.Idk. That's why I'm asking for advice, what would you anons do?

He probably took a bunch of drugs gained some perspective realized he's been fucking people over and is now trying to make amends. He's a free spirit but you should give him a chance to be close with you again, if you can trust that he's not trying to hurt you

I wouldn't give a fuck about him, since I am happy currently. But you making threads on /adv/ claims otherwise. I am here for fishing precious adv's (you)s and reading funny stories.
