It's probably an abscess within your cheek. See a GP and they will give you antibiotics to fight the infection.

A few nights ago I was texting my girlfriend while on the floor with my chin on my arm, abd even my cheek. Later the following morning I felt it. I used to lay like thst more often last year. Also I clench my teeth a lot and twist my jaw to the right when I'm uncomfortable about things. Mayve I have your condition too?
