Why do i feel so alone

I have a lot of friends and I used to ask myself the same thing then I met a new friend a few months ago that I really resonate with on a deeper level and it blew my mind how happy it made me.

Unless it's chemically drive, go meet a few people or talk to old friends. Or maybe even family. It'll help stave off the loneliness if only for a brief moment.

Personally, I go to stream sites with a built in chat when I get so lonely. It's as if I'm talking to people, getting to know a group personally, without actually exerting much energy that would otherwise drain me if it were in person.
