How much time do you have left before the gig? Try to go to an urgent care to get it looked at before you go if you have time. If you do not, bandage it while at your gig and try to see a doctor as soon as you can afterwards. Either make a doctor's appointment or go to urgent care. Not an emergency room situation obviously.

I would suggest buying some Magnesium paste from your local pharmacy and ask for advice there.
Ideally the paste should draw the boil out. It will heal naturally after a couple of days without the paste but if it's causing pain; that will haste the process.

Ehhh just leave her go. I work for a hydro blasting company and some of technicians get MRSA from the untreated plant water. The odds of it busting are low. Ive seens guys work a full 12 hour shifts with fist sized boils on the legs, ass, junk, ect. If you go to the doctor they'll just lance it open an put you on antibiotics.Now if it gets in your blood you can die.... Also im assuming your gig is a metal show so if it pops just wipe it on somebody likes it a GWAR concert.....
