22 year old male, no friends, never gf, and no family for about a thousand miles.only place i don't feel like shit is at work, therefore i want to be at work more.
I work 40 hours a week with 12 hour shifts so i have three days off a week. How would i go about getting a second job? Ive never done it before. Do possible employers care I'm already working? I'm thinking of just picking up a part time shift at McDonald's.

Holy shit, how bad is your life that you actually want a job at McDonald. Look for a hobby dude.
But on topic, employers don't give a fuck, if you get there on time they won't have a problem with it.

I tried the gym, didn't enjoy it very much but i do push ups/long walks (can't run) and other calisthenics. I tried learning bass guitar but couldn't even get a scale out of it right.

I have no family, no friends, and no hobbies outside of gardening and listening to music. I frequent the local tobacco place and smoke pipe in their lounge
Look for seasonal jobs/extra jobs and just ask around.
I had 6 different jobs in 2016, worked for about 2 months in each place and made some really good friends, now they hit me up occasionally and I can pretty much work whenever I want to. Also I have a pretty diverse resume so finding new ones are just getting easier and easier.
