Had this happen a couple of times, and wanted to see if any other anons have experience this.
But, a couple of times this week I've been waking up "paralyzed", like I can tell that I'm awake or dreaming, but I can't move at all for like a few minutes.
Really freaks the fuck outta me, so have any of anons gone through this?
(Pic unrelated)
I haven't experienced this before, but I've heard about it and it's pretty common

Its common
Don't sleep on your back anymore
yuh, I get it. anxiety contributes to it.
I always get it when I fall asleep in a car for some reason. There's no real way to get rid of it; I usually pass the time trying to move my fingers, but I don't think that actually helps.

probably muscle tension or anxiety. have someone open the door in the morning and see if you move.
