I have had generalized anxiety disorder my entire life. Probably caused by being coddled earlier in life and the diagnosis just made it worse. So I'm 22 at college with no social skills and a mental disorder that makes it hard to do new things. I've been trying to manage it.
Therapist I go to wants me to be more social and try dating. I never dated or even looked for relationships before. Tried eharmoney and got rejected. Tried tinder, got a few matches when I only had cat pictures on my profile then none after I uploaded my pictures.
Not sure where to go on from here.

look up things to do, go to a comic shop and ask if they host games of any kind.(will generally be board games or DnD style.) easiet way to make some friends. at the very least you try something now. I did that before I had to quit. had to start working on their game days. real bummer but that's life

Not a meme. Exercise gives you a lot of confidence and you might even meet friends that way.
