Hi /adv/ I'm only 19 years old but because of long term slouching looking at the ground or my phone being a depressed insecure fuck, I might have permanently damaged my skin. I have wrinkles like pic related.
I had gotten sunburned several times but never directly on my neck and I have been moisturizing for 3 weeks with no changes. I'm also trying to keep my head up. I've read about neck exercises but they seem like a meme.
No person my age seems to have these wrinkles.
What actually works? Will I have to live with this for the rest of my life?

I'm 20 and I have them. They are not ugly and nobody ever looks at them. Only you care about them.
They aren't even a big deal. Most people have it and nobody pays any attention to them.

I'm sure you're just being a bit too self-conscious. If it's that big of a deal, just try to stand up straight more often.

Fat makes your neck look fat.
I'm 110 pounds and i have this. Literally everyone has this. Go get some real problems.
I just started looking for these on other people, and they're EVERYWHERE. I have them too. Maybe kids don't or something but this is like being worried about having a bellybutton or something.
I don't think I have them. You can't see them anyway. I suppose the colour of your skin has some affect on them aswell.

lol
you could rinse your neck with cold water everytime you shower. It prevents and reduces wrinkles. You can do this with your fave too. And your boobs if you are a girl.
