My social life is fucked up. My good friends all suffer from social anxiety, and they dont want to do anything that is remotely social, they wont even go to pubs. Other friends i have made in uni are at the other end of the spectrum, they always take drugs. I suffer from sleep paralysis too, and staying out all night fucks up my sleeping pattern which sets off my sleeping paralysis and insomnia. dont know what to do.

For some suggestions I guess. I never really meet new people because i don't go out much as I have no one to go out with. Going out on my own in this city is dodgy, been some shootings as of late on my estate

Then sit at home and be miserable. Jesus fucking christ, what is it with you lot?
What do you like to do? Find a social setting regarding that thing. Like to play games? find a game store and see what events they have. Like sports? Join a sports league.
Fucking christ, it's not's rocket science.

Try engaging in some group activities. Things other than drinking and talking.
Join a club. Try a sport. Take a class. You will have something in common with people in those situations.
The socializing that goes on in pubs and clubs is largely social masturbation or competition. Neither is a good basis for making friends with substance (which is what you seem to be lacking).

I've tried lads. I go to boxing already but I don't go that often because I'm in uni the times it's on and tbf you don't really have a chance to properly talk to people because everyone is busy training. Have tried looking up reading clubs but haven't found any so far. Hopefully things will be better when I start working. Thanks for the advice

>I go to boxing already
Find out when a fight is being broadcast and invite some folks to a bar where it's being aired, or spring for the PPV cost yourself and host a night of it.
> I'm in uni
Start a study group for one of your more challenging/interesting uni classes.
Keep trying bro.
