Why listening to others judging me messes me up so much?
I don't know if it's denial or if it's because different people judge me in different way and there is no way to "please" everybody or if it's because I just hate being defined by others
Maybe it's all three together
What do you think about this?

Stop caring mate. Being judged by other people is shit. No matter how you look at it, it will always be shit. But matter of a fact is that you can't be, without being judged by others. One thing you can do is to just try and let it go. I've been struggling with other peoples opinions as well until I just chose to stop caring about their opinions

Honestly it takes time. It's not something you just do. If anything I'd say that you should just stick around with whoever you are most comfortable with. Being with those friends should make it a lot better, because you can usually expect what they'll do/say
