Getting rejected by girls/women.

I clearly try to flirt with them and I get shutdown/rejected frequently.

I don't tell them that they're pretty nor do I say that I like them and I always put on a confident attitude.

Lastly, I know I'm kind of late (due to my age) but I'm trying to get a girlfriend.

Dude if you're getting rejected a lot then somethings wrong. I don't get rejected too much because i flirt with girls who seem somewhat interested. If you're friendly and you notice her not being super smiley, move on.

First of all make sure your appearance is best, that you workout and have a good body. Lastly approach girls that are somewhat on your level of attractiveness. This way you'll get rejected less, the more comfortable you get then approach more attractive ones.

The things I need to improve are:

You realize that a rejection doesn't really mean anything. Just because someone isn't romantically interested in you doesn't mean they don't like you.

I'm sure there are tons of women you aren't interested in having a relationship with, but that's not a judgements on your part. You just aren't into it.

Getting rejected sucks,but don't take it so personally. They can't help not being interested. It's nobody's fault, you know?
