Workout a bunch. Read a bunch. Take extra shifts at work for extra dosh. Use extra dosh to invest in self (do interesting things).

I'm doing it, although my everything hurts so I'm working out again 5 days a week (saturday cardio) and I feel better about myself already. More out of hatred for others and how I'll be better than them soon, though.

Join the military. Do so much shit, go so many god damn places, put up with so much petty/major bullshit that you get to a point where you just do not give a claw footed fuck about what others think of you.

I never felt good about myself. I kid you not. Allllllll the way back in kindergarten I used to be called fat Albert fir obvious reasons. Sure now I lost the weight but at 18 years old, everyone has it so perfect. Everyone will question why you can't do a cert thing when they say it's essy. hell if I say something is hard for me my 13 year old brother says "oh its easy".
Whenever I asked my parents for help with bullies they'll tell me to feel good about myself and that only I can see myself better. But they made it sound so simple. They didn't explain self esteem and confidence in a way I can better myself without doubting myself. Maybe its because I'm supposedly very mildly autistic

Then i just remember the times where i was just thankful i had time to sit and eat. So when most of the genpop is made up of people like that, their opinions of me dont matter a fuck.
