Getting healthy is like 70% diet and 30% exercise. You make and lose weight in the kitchen.

Male. Before someone calls me a manlet, I'm average height around here.

You need to eat more. Track your calories and macros to ensure you're eating enough everyday. Look up your BMR and then add like 300-500 calories to that. Your macros should be like 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat.

You're underweight. A good diet does effect your heart health too.
Look into couch to 5k if you want to work on your cardiovascular health.

same exact position as you OP
try this:
assuming you leave for work at 8:30, wake up at six, get a gym membership to the nearest gym and do
A
back squats 5x5
barbell rows 5x5
overhead press (standing) 5x5
deadlift 3x5
wrist/calves stuff
B
front squats 5x5
chinups/pullups 5x5
benchpress/dips 5x5
barbell curls 2x10
wrist/calves stuff
and switch ABA, BAB, workout 3x per week, do cardio once or twice, and add 5 pounds every week until fail, then go back 5 pounds on fail until you get 5x5 perfect. Remember form > weight.

>Resting heart rate of 95.
I used to know that feel, but the Dr. gave me a beta blocker that now has my resting heart rate at 60-75, and that's a low dose.
Only shitty part is now that I'm cardiovascularly fit and trying to discontinue the med, my heart rate skyrockets and I get super shaky and nervous.
