Celery, Carrots.

I do eat carrots with ranch, but just not as much as I should
Cereal (not a super sugary one) & milk.

Cottage cheese is the fucking best, you can go fuck yourself if you don't like it
>>17930910
I'm not a huge fan of cereal, idk why I just don't like the milk in it but I also don't like it without it
>>17930916
are you serious about adding jam to it? That sounds a bit nasty.

I love cottage cheese in pasta but im not gonna mix it with jam, thats taking it too far :p

Green apples are a good appetite suppressor. Oatmeal is also a good filling meal, both come with little to no added sugars.

raw brocoli and ranch dressing

Try it before you knock it
Re cottage cheese and jam
Cook quinoa and kale. It takes 10 minutes to do so. Add chow mein sauce. Enjoy.

Cauliflower is a great sub for this.

Peanuts. They have a high fat content so they will remove your feelings of hunger without having to eat too many.
Apples suppress appetite, when I get the munches I eat 2-3 apples and feel stuffed.

Dip a sliced apple in some peanut butter. Put a third cup of oats in a protein shake (tastes like you are eating cereal with chocolate milk). Unsalted almonds or peanuts. Edamame.
