Go in and ask what they want. If they say you sexually harassed the girl, ask what you did to warrant it sexual harassment. If they said you made the "call me" signal, tell them that she is mistaken and possibly trying to get you in trouble.

if they say they are going to fire you, ask them if what they alledge would be sexual harassment if it was a girl giving the "call me" sign to another girl. If they say no, then point out that they are discriminating against you for being a male and that would look pretty bad "if it got out."
