A lot of places don't like stuff like that because they are associated with bad stereotypes, and while a lot of higher profile jobs require dress codes, most things on the lower side won't care too much as long as you show you're responsible and can handle your job. Just have a really good interview and ask your interviewer how they feel about it. Most will be polite and say the job prefers one way or another. And if they say take it off then do it. After all it's just a piercing. Not something to give up a job for.

As with most of the re plus take it out. Trust me you don't want to basing your employment history on your piercing. Work it into your life not your life into it.
