Anyone have experience with zoloft? My shrink recommended it for anxiety and depression since I've seen no improvement (I've worsened) the last few months. Pros and cons?

If it's been several months and you aren't seeing an improvement, go see your dr again. Either the dose needs to be changed or the medication needs to be changed. The effectiveness and side effects of any given medication are unpredictable, and sometimes you have to try several kinds to find one that works for you.

I haven't tried any meds yet. I wanted to know people's reactions to zoloft because that's the med that my shrink recommended I start taking.

Ahhh
Well I've never taken it myself, but I know several people who have found it life-changing.
Pros: allows you to function in your daily life
Cons: can't eat grapefruits anymore
I dunno, it's a tradeoff
